Description
French wild garlic sausage ( Saucisson à l’ail des ours ). A speciality saucisse made from pork flavoured with wild bear garlic leaves or ramsons - Allium ursinum. Eaten as an aperitif in thin slices with fresh bread and Dijon mustard or as cubes in potato salad. The wild aromatic herb, that flowers in spring woodlands, has an aroma between garlic and leek.
